Verse John 8:44 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Message Before a person becomes born again, he or she has the nature of Satan and lying plus any of the other "works of the flesh" found  in Galatians 5:19-21, come naturally to that person. After we become born again and are cleansed of every sin you can think of, Satan still tries to get us to lie again. Why? Does he do it because we need quick answers to solve problems? Or does he do it because we are in need of some pick up lines? NO! Message The world will hate you because the god of the world knows what you can do; he knows the authority you have in the name of Jesus; he knows you have been cleansed with the blood of Jesus; he knows the power you have because of the greater one in you and most of all he knows that with all this, you can do greater things than Jesus did as Jesus himself said in John 14:12.
